A white, pure and abstract volume is proposed with large ceramic voids, as viewpoints and access, thus recovering the coastal tradition of white buildings where the plenum predominates over the void.
The new built volume is proposed as a compact piece, oriented to Tribala Street, becoming a point of reference to the Plaza de la Granja, where the presence of the new CAP will dynamize this public space.
The building has an interior courtyard and a swastika-shaped layout that facilitates the orientation of users, ensuring agile patient and professional circuits, avoiding the image of overcrowding, achieving a welcoming and comfortable physical setting, and ensuring good natural lighting and ventilation.
The program is solved in a very clear way, locating all care activities and access to the public on the first floor, second floor and semi-basement floor.
Thus, vertical displacements are kept to a minimum, facilitating accessibility within the center for all users.
