\nEl d\u00eda 25 de octubre de 2019 CASA SOLO particip\u00f3 en la \u201cII Jornada profesional de Alimentaci\u00f3n para un envejecimiento saludable\u201d organizada por Fundaci\u00f3 Alicia, entidad sin \u00e1nimo de lucro cuya finalidad es promover la buena alimentaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica en la cocina, la mejora de los h\u00e1bitos alimenticios y la valoraci\u00f3n del patrimonio agroalimentario y gastron\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n

Acompa\u00f1ado por personalidades destacadas del \u00e1mbito del envejecimiento activo, Bernat Gato cofundador de CASA SOLO y la Dra Paulina Ballb\u00e8, Directora del Posgrado en Gesti\u00f3n y Dinamizaci\u00f3n de Proyectos de Envejecimiento Activo y Saludable BSM-Universitat Pompeu Fabra, y colaboradora de la firma de arquitectura, trataron sobre el concepto de entornos amigables, y el reto de la adaptaci\u00f3n de los espacios con las personas mayores.<\/p>\n

Acciones sencillas pero de gran practicidad como proyectar los espacios aprovechando al m\u00e1ximo la iluminaci\u00f3n natural para no alterar los ritmos biol\u00f3gicos, y reforzando la iluminaci\u00f3n artificial para aumentar la cantidad de luz; minimizar el deslumbramiento o aumentar el contraste para advertir de un cambio de funciones en el espacio; decorar con colores c\u00e1lidos y contrastados; utilizar se\u00f1al\u00e9tica simple y grande; disponer suelos de superficies blandas de f\u00e1cil limpieza y colores s\u00f3lidos, pasillos con \u00e1reas de descanso y pasamanos ininterrumpidos; cuidar el aislamiento ac\u00fastico y t\u00e9rmico para minimizar las molestias ambientales. Todo ello forma parte del dise\u00f1o \u201cAge-Friendly\u201d, un concepto innovador que CASA SOLO aplica en sus proyectos, con el que consiguen adaptar los espacios de centros sociosanitarios y hospitales para sus usuarios,, cuidadores y acompa\u00f1antes. Maximizar la seguridad de las personas mayores, su independencia, apoyo y confort, ofreciendo un dise\u00f1o para todos, gerontol\u00f3gicamente sensible, es el reto que el estudio de arquitectura, dirigido por Bernat Gato y Roger Pernas, incorpora en sus dise\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

\nLast October 25th, 2019, CASA SOLO presented his solutions for the elderly during the \u201cII Professional conference about diet for a healthy aging\u201d organized by Alicia Foundation, a non-profit organization which purpose is promoting healthy food through technological innovation in the kitchen, together with improving eating habits and the assessment of food and gastronomic heritage.<\/p>\n

Accompanied by distinguished personalities from active aging field, Bernat Gato, co-founder of CASA SOLO and Dr Paulina Ballb\u00e9, Director of the Postgraduate in Management and Dynamization of Active and Healthy Aging Projects BSM \u2013 Pompeu Fabra University, and collaborator of the architectural firm, addressed the concept of friendly environments, and the challenge of adapting the spaces with elderly people.<\/p>\n

Simple actions but of great practicality such as creating spaces so that on one hand they take full advantage of natural lighting in order not to alter biological rhythms, and on the other hand they reinforce artificial lighting to increase the amount of light; minimize glare or increase the contrast to warn of a change of functions within the space; decorate with warm and contrasting colours; use simple and large signage; arrange easy to clean soft surface solid colour floors; corridors with rest areas and uninterrupted handrails; take into account acoustic and thermal insulation to minimize environmental discomfort. All of these are part of the \u201cAge-Friendly\u201d design, an innovative concept that CASA SOLO applies in its projects, with which they manage to adapt the spaces of socio-sanitary centers and hospitals to the elderly, caregivers and companions. Maximizing their safety, independence, support and comfort, offering a gerontologically sensitive design for all, is the challenge that the architectural firm, led by Bernat Gato and Roger Pernas, creates in its projects.<\/p>\n

El dia 25 d\u2019octubre de 2019 CASA SOLO va participar en la “II Jornada professional d’Alimentaci\u00f3 per a un envelliment saludable” organitzada per la Fundaci\u00f3 Al\u00edcia, entitat sense \u00e0nim de lucre que t\u00e9 per finalitat promoure la bona alimentaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la innovaci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica en la cuina, la millora dels h\u00e0bits alimentaris i la valoraci\u00f3 del patrimoni agroalimentari i gastron\u00f2mic.<\/p>\n
