Recientemente se ha publicado la resoluci\u00f3n del concurso p\u00fablico de reforma y ampliaci\u00f3n del hospital Manuela Sol\u00eds Clar\u00e0s en la Comunidad Valenciana, concretamente en las localidades de Quart de Poblet y Mislata, del que hemos resultado ganadores el equipo de CASA SOLO junto con Vitaller Arquitectura.<\/p>\n
El concurso, convocado por la Conselleria de Sanitat Universal i Salut P\u00fablica de la Generalitat Valenciana, consiste en la reforma y ampliaci\u00f3n de un antiguo Hospital Militar, dot\u00e1ndolo de unidades de rehabilitaci\u00f3n, larga estancia, cr\u00f3nicos, da\u00f1o cerebral, cuidados paliativos y salud mental.<\/p>\n
El edificio del centro sanitario corresponde a una tipolog\u00eda de hospital pabellonario, con vol\u00famenes de dos o tres plantas unidos \u00fanicamente en planta baja. Entre los diferentes pabellones se generan amplios patios con vegetaci\u00f3n que aportaci\u00f3n iluminaci\u00f3n y ventilaci\u00f3n natural al hospital.<\/p>\n

La principal problem\u00e1tica es que, debido al estado de abandono de algunos de los edificios y al desplazamiento de la actividad asistencial a construcciones realizadas con posterioridad, el esquema inicial del hospital queda desvirtuado.<\/p>\n
Por ello, la propuesta para la reforma y ampliaci\u00f3n del hospital Manuela Sol\u00eds Clar\u00e0s consiste en la recuperaci\u00f3n del uso inicial de sus edificaciones y circulaciones, respetando al m\u00e1ximo la tipolog\u00eda y sus caracter\u00edsticas est\u00e9ticas y constructivas. <\/p>\n
La intervenci\u00f3n de reforma y ampliaci\u00f3n tiene una extensi\u00f3n de 22.000m\u00b2 e incluye nuevos n\u00facleos de comunicaci\u00f3n, un pasillo de circulaciones en planta primera y un nuevo edificio log\u00edstico que podr\u00e1 crecer en altura en el futuro.<\/p>\n
El protagonismo del proyecto se centra en la humanizaci\u00f3n de los espacios y el dise\u00f1o centrado en el paciente, debido a la tipolog\u00eda de servicios que albergar\u00e1 el hospital. Por eso el proyecto busca un dise\u00f1o basado en la consecuci\u00f3n de una triple sostenibilidad: socio-funcional, econ\u00f3mica y ambiental.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed, la reforma y ampliaci\u00f3n del hospital Manuela Sol\u00eds Clar\u00e0s cuida el confort de todos los usuarios recuperando y poniendo en valor los patios existentes y tambi\u00e9n prestando especial atenci\u00f3n al dise\u00f1o interior con factores como la luz, la calidad del aire o las vistas.<\/p>\n
Desde CASA SOLO estamos muy satisfechos por haber sido seleccionados como equipo ganador de este concurso de reforma y ampliaci\u00f3n del hospital Manuela Sol\u00eds Clar\u00e0s junto con Vitaller Arquitectura. <\/p>\n

Recently the resolution of the public competition for the remodelling and extension of the Manuela Sol\u00eds Clar\u00e0s hospital in the Valencian Community has been published, specifically in the towns of Quart de Poblet and Mislata, of which the CASA SOLO team together with Vitaller Arquitectura, we have won.<\/p>\n
The competition, organized by the Department of Public Health and Public Health of the Generalitat Valenciana, consists of the remodelling and expansion of an old Military Hospital, providing it with rehabilitation units, long stay, chronic, brain damage, palliative care and mental health.<\/p>\n
The building of the health center corresponds to a type of hospital pavilion, with volumes of two or three floors linked only on the ground floor. Between the different pavilions, large courtyards with vegetation are created that provide lighting and natural ventilation to the hospital.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
The main problem is that, due to the state of abandonment of some of the buildings and to the displacement of the assistance activity to constructions carried out later, the initial scheme of the hospital is distorted.<\/p>\n
For this reason, the proposal for the remodelling and expansion of the Manuela Sol\u00eds Clar\u00e0s hospital consists in the recovery of the initial use of its buildings and circulations, respecting to the maximum the typology and its aesthetic and constructive characteristics.<\/p>\n
The remodelling and extension intervention has an area of 22,000m\u00b2 and includes new communication centers, a circulation corridor on the first floor and a new logistics building that will be able to grow in height in the future.<\/p>\n
The focus of the project is on the humanization of spaces and patient-centered design, due to the type of services that the hospital will house. That is why the project seeks a design based on the achievement of a triple sustainability: socio-functional, economic and environmental.<\/p>\n

Thus, the remodelling and expansion of the Manuela Sol\u00eds Clar\u00e0s Hospital takes care of the comfort of all users by recovering and enhancing the existing courtyards and also paying special attention to the interior design with factors such as light, air quality or views.<\/p>\n
From CASA SOLO we are very satisfied to have been selected as the winning team of this remodelling and extension contest of the Manuela Sol\u00eds Clar\u00e0s Hospital together with Vitaller Arquitectura.<\/p>\n

La intervenci\u00f3 de reforma i ampliaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 una extensi\u00f3 de 22.000m\u00b2 i inclou nous nuclis de comunicaci\u00f3, un passad\u00eds de circulacions en planta primera i un nou edifici log\u00edstic que podr\u00e0 cr\u00e9ixer en al\u00e7ada en el futur.<\/p>\n

Aix\u00ed, la reforma i ampliaci\u00f3 de l’hospital Manuela Sol\u00eds Clar\u00e0s t\u00e9 cura del confort de tots els usuaris recuperant i posant en valor els patis existents i tamb\u00e9 prestant especial atenci\u00f3 al disseny interior amb factors com la llum, la qualitat de l’aire o les vistes.<\/p>\n
