Garraf’s Hospital

Place: Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona. Spain Conclusion: 2010 Surface: 50.896 sqm

The proposed typology avoids repetition, therefore it is a unique design adapted to the surroundings. The building is composed by a main two-floor body, and above it there are three towers which contain the 200-bed nursing units. Each block has three floors, apart from the last one, with a heliport on the roof. The basement holds an underground car park, as well as some logistical services and plant facilities.
